Ok so this place has no Food. I mean you did not come here for this. It's not on the beaten path. This place is the one. There is a smile when you arrive that passes through all 15-20 of those amazing team members. You can place your order at the front, some do that. I find my cut and ask for that. Just love a real butcher that knows how to cut and has the amazing meats to show off the skills of a team
First and foremost, customer service is outstanding. The store is very clean and well organized. So much to choose from. Bison to venison, gator meat, lamb, homemade sausages, fresh meats and cheeses, spices, very good beef jerky, and other mouthwatering menu items. So please stop in and see what I love about this business.

Absolutely the best butcher shop in the area. Gets very busy so be prepared to wait but we'll worth it. Exotic meat and wild game are also available along with lots of seafood. House made sausages spices and deli items.

By far, the absolute best butcher shop with the very highest quality meats since I moved to Florida 9 years ago. My uncle had a butcher shop in Libertyville, IL that I went to for decades until he passed away. This is the first butcher shop that measured up to the quality of meats my uncle carried. We shop there once a week for all of our meats and their prices are quite reasonable. They blow all the grocery stores away with the quality of meats and the prices. Hands down the best in southern Hillsborough county. The place is always packed in the mornings and the extent of available meats is extensive. They will even go to great lengths for simple customer requests such as ground turkey or whatever you love. The meats also last because they're so fresh. I do not have a single bad thing to say about them. Nothing short of spectacular.
Best meat market around. Been going here since I was a child. Core memory with my dad. Has never changed. Not the people, not the decor. So pleasant to go in and feel like family. I'd say to go Earlier the better or later the better. But controlled chaos. If you don't see it, ask and they may have it.
